We received our Supa Heater in early summer. Bought to replace our ageing and leaking wood fired heater for our fibreglass hot tub. We used the original flow and return heater pipes and altered them to allow us to post the red in high and the blue pipe in low dropping into the footwell in the tub. Most impressed with the performance from day one.. but.. recently the efficiency tailed off... turned out to be user error... didn't notice the blue pipe pre filter was getting blocked which reduced the flow to the heater.. we now clean it EVERY time we finish with it.. so it's always good to go... and wow.. it's working brilliantly and compared to stoking the wood fired burner.. it's a breeze.. thanks Supa

What a great product would highly recommend
Fantastic bit of kit, used it 5 times so far around 40 mins to heat up spa from 23 degrees to 40, somuch easier and dont need to worry about setting the timer the night before on the spa, especially as we come to colder months, also can decide an hour before you want to get in and not worry if I have wasted a days leccy, if it decides to rain.
Save about £600 on leccy a year (based on our usage), so will pay for itself in just over a year and as others have said it is a "Game Changer"

Brilliant product. Heats our hot tub way quicker than our log burner ever could. Simple to use and appears to be cheaper per heat too! Customer service is amazing.
Very impressed! Just used my supa heater for the first time & it raised the temperature of my lay-z-spa St.Moritz hot tub from 16 to 40 degrees in one hour twenty minutes.
Assembly wasn’t too bad, just follow the instruction video & using the heater is simple.

Recently purchased the Supaheater for our hot tub. Long gone are the 4 hours of trying to get it up to temperature. Just under an hour to get it from 17° to 40° Following the YouTube video took about 2 hours to assemble. An absolute game changer!! Can't fault Mark for the communication, which has been fantastic. Can see it will be well worth the money straight away.
Supa Heater is incredible, totally a game changer if it comes to heating your jacuzzi, mine 850L was 17°C and it took 50min to heat it up to 40°C. Maerk is a gent, and keeping contact woth him at every stage of delivery was great too, especially that I had it coming from UK to ROI. Got my gas adapter and when my Supa Heater arrived i was ready to assemble it and trying it was pure pleasure. Highli recommended to everyone that has jacuzzi/spa.
